All local orders are mail by Singpost on business days (Monday through Friday).All International orders are shipped by Singpost Registered Mail every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Shipping charges depend on the size of your package and the country we're shipping to. If you buy more than one item, you will not be charged double the shipping but instead your final shipping cost will be determined by weight and destination.
We put a lot of time into figuring out the best way to package our products to make sure they are protected in transit. Caps are rolled and packed so that the brim is in perfect shape when it arrives. We use recycled paper and boxes and put as much care into our packaging design as we do into the goods that lie within. If the item is a gift we can include a gift card and withhold prices from the packing slip on request.
RETURN AND REFUND
You are welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days, all returned items must be as new with tags still attached. Custom items cannot be returned, as these were made especially for you. Refund will not be made if it is not met with above requirement.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer, postage fees will not be refunded. We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot refund lost items. Please package your items securely and make sure to include a note with your name and order number.
For international customers, please note we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us at the border. It is also highly likely that Taxes & Duties you have paid are not-refundable, although do check with your local customs office.
