SIZING AND CARE FOR CAPS AND BAGS
CAP SIZING
All of our caps are unisex and with 1 inch elasticated sweat band at the back. They will fit heads sized from extra small to extra large and there is a size chart below. We can make larger caps on request but cannot guarantee fabric availability. To be sure of the fit measure your head using a string and a ruler or measure a hat you already own.
1. Measure your head by circling the crown of your head with string (above the ear)
2. Use a ruler to measure the string and compare to the size ranges listed on the cap description.
Size | Head Circumference (centimetre) |
Small | 46cm - 50cm (aged 1 - 8 years old) |
Medium | 51cm - 54cm |
Large | 55cm - 60cm |
Extra Large | 61cm - 64cm |
SRW caps also fit under a helmet comfortably. If your hat feels too tight under your helmet at first try removing some padding from the inside of your helmet. After a couple of weeks of wear, the fabric layers bond and mold to the shape of your head and will feel more comfortable under your helmet. At this point you may have to replace any padding you removed from your helmet.
CAP CARE
Our caps are washable. We recommend that all our lightweight cotton caps be immersed in cool and soapy water. Gently rub off any stains and rinse well. Do not wring the brim. Squeeze out the water and hang to dry.
BAG CARE
IMPORTANT:- Although our bags themselves are made from waterproof fabric, we do not recommend riding for long periods of time in wet weather conditions, as water may still seep through the seams of the bag. As an extra measure, do use an internal dry bag to store items that must remain absolutely dry, such as mobile phones and paper documents.
